What This Service Is

Fort Wayne Basement Repair is a referral service. We connect homeowners with local, independent contractors for basement waterproofing, foundation repair, sump pump, and crawl space work. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any construction or repair services, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting the quote form or calling our tracking number, you consent to being contacted by us and by the contractor matched to your request — by phone, text, or email, at the contact details you provide — regarding your request. This is not a purchase requirement, and you may withdraw consent at any time by telling us or the contractor to stop.

Independent Contractors

Contractors we refer are independent businesses solely responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, pricing, scheduling, permits, and workmanship. While we aim to work with licensed and insured professionals, you are responsible for verifying any contractor's credentials, license status, and insurance before hiring them, and for the terms of any agreement you enter with them. In Fort Wayne, contractor licensing is administered locally — Allen County and City of Fort Wayne records can verify registration, and certificates of insurance should be requested directly from the contractor.

No Warranties

The service and all site content are provided "as is."
